Returns & Refunds Policy

At WrenModules, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, our refund and return policy is designed to provide you with a smooth and straightforward process.

Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • You may return your product within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

    • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

    • Please note that items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for returns.

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are processed for returned products that meet the conditions mentioned above.

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method (if applicable) or as a store credit.

  2. Refund Processing Time:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product.

    • Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

    • If you paid by cash on delivery (COD), your refund will be issued as a store credit or via an alternate method we mutually agree on, such as a bank transfer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will issue a full refund or exchange the product at no additional cost to you. Returns for damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Gift cards and downloadable products.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time of 7 business days, please:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
